4. Talent spec. My UI is heavily based on the assumption I'll be respecing back and forth between ret and prot and is not as well suited for healing. I play on a 20" screen which is why the resolution may appear wierd
Holy: I rarely raid as holy, I'm more of a backup healer if anything. I'm capable in that department, but not what you would expect in terms of "healing instinct" you see in most SWP raiding holy pallies. My wierd spec was designed under the assumption that the raid has at least 1 holy pally with Kings (since they all go 41/20/0, holy/prot/ret). I spec into imp might/wisdom because it helps the raid the most. In terms of survivability and choice of "PVP" talents such as Blessed Life: I picked it out because I am, in all honesty, undergeared in this spec. I have a measly 10.5k hp buffed, which imo is barely enough for sunwell. Instead of specing into conc aura/kings/imp RF, i picked going into other talents considered "wierd". This is also since I do not do any pvp as holy, so it is pointless for me to spec into kings.
Prot: I skimped on Spell Warding because the damage reduction is not worth looking into. Yes, I mean that. I looked at the math. Over the course of an encounter, you MAY take about 10-20k more damage due to the reduction from spell warding. Instead of worrying about this little bit of damage, I would rather pick up the controversial Reckoning to generate more threat. The idea is: Pallies are, in theory, uncrushable permanently, so a parry thrash, while it may lead to increased spike damage, will actually generate more threat (from ret aura/blocks) and under the assumption your healers arn't sleeping the average overheal will actually keep you up regardless of the insignificant amount of damge being taken from spells in comparison to physical. Again I don't take kings since ALL holy pallies seem to take it. Reasoning I dont take pursuit of justice over reckoning: Again, the spell avoidance isn't worth it, my SoR generates much more threat, esp with Reck. procced than to be worth trading it off for ease in positioning.
Ret: I take full precision and 2/5 benediction. Why? Precision is easily the best 8, yes, 8 talent points you can spend. The first 5 points are essentially wasted as a ret pally should NEVER have devo aura up. But the 3 pts in precision is hard to replace, especially with the gear in my bags (I'm shy 1.7% hit and short tonnes of other dps stats if i were to wear hit gear). The lack of benediction is because I figured that I reduce my maximum dps output time by about 10 seconds (over a 6 minute fight) for a raidwide AP buff. The lack of mana cost reduction is absorbed partially by Sanctified Judgement (return mana when judging), so careful use of a fel mana pot early in a fight can offset that. Or even switching to a mana conservation rotation (skip exorcism/consecration/downrank consecration and eventually skip judging blood) will fix the minor mana loss. Of course this problem will be even further eliminated with 2pc T6, which I haven't been able to get yet.
5. PVP Arena teams. The armory also likes to bug out with arena teams, so include the all the brackets you have an arena team in and the approx. rating. Just the bracket, name of the team, and rating is fine, you don't have to give us the names of everyone else.
Only really arena'ed before i xferred the first time, arena'ed as Ret only.

Skipped kara progression, cleared from Gruul thru to Brutallus.

Exalted with MH/BT, attuned for all heroics. I had to grind rep to become Kara viable since I started raiding before badge gear was amazing
so I'm exalted with anything needed for raiding as well.

(pre BC) Enim Vinco (Mannoroth) -- took a break from WoW and rerolled Horde
Remorseless (Anub'arak) -- Guild stopped raiding, was offered a raid slot in a guild working on Kalecgos on Illidan
Conviction (Illidan) -- Guild disbanded, apparently the GM snapped... wasn't there when it happened.
11. What are you looking to get out of our guild. There is no need to suck up or tell us how great we are, just tell us want you want.
To be honest, my goal in TBC was to see all the content. I'm a progression driven player.

I have all the basic healing mods (I use clique and spellbinder) and I have a G15 Keyboard + MX Revolution mouse which help ALOT. So alot of stuff are bound to macros and extra keys. You guys may notice the presence of actual buff buttons AND pally power (under the inspection screen), this is because I personally dislike pally power and enjoy the ability to cast short buffs as rebuffs if someone were to get battle-res'ed or SS. This saves mana (every bit counts!) and gives me MUCH more flexibility at the cost of a little bit of screen space
13. What things are most important to you in Warcraft? Social contact, exploring new content, loot, fun, or challenge?
Social/content. As I said before, I like this game, learned TONNES about the mechanics of it and have played my class every spec thoroughly except holy, which I raided maybe a total of 2 months in.
14. Which expansion raid encounter boss is the most challenging for you and why?
A'lar. Because people kept blowing up the phoenixes before the healers topped me off... lots of precise potion/hs timing required to stay alive.

Prot--> Tidal stomper (MAYBE badge boots... but the itemization is REALLY bad on them)

I'm applying to see if I should get back into raiding actively. The last guild I was in was a disappointment in that they were undergoing rebuilding the core of the guild then shortly after, disbanded.
I have past experience raid leading both 10 mans as progression (including bear mount runs), have also been raid leader for progression Gruuls, Mag, Lurker, Kalecgos.
I know that xferring alot looks bad on guild apps since it shows lack of devotion, but ever since RL friends quit on Illidan, there is nothing for me on that server. A couple of officers/guildies from Anub are now in Hat which is why I'm applying here.
Right now I'm living in with parents and am prone to family aggro... which is why I've been reluctant to apply. I have a situation where I'll be definately afk for about 20-30minutes every day at around the same time due to this problem. Due to these reasons I'm completely understanding if you guys won't even consider this app.
Just for fun: I theorycraft... excessively.. often about stuff that dont even matter lol. Fastest kara clear time was 1hr 6min running 1.5 healers and too many locks. Fastest ZA bear run was 13m remaining on timer. This is the shortest app I've ever written XD
